Brad and his wife Anita call Greenville, South Carolina home. He is the proud father of two children — his son is currently studying at Clemson University, and his daughter attends the College of Charleston. 

A native of Pickens, South Carolina, Brad earned a degree in Business Administration from Western Carolina University, where he was also a member of the golf team. He launched his real estate career in 1999 as a Sales Associate with The Reserve — joining at the ground floor alongside his father, Dean Ricker, and Dr. Buddy Thompson, the community's original founders. 

Today, Brad brings over two decades of expertise to his role at Old Edwards Reserve at Lake Keowee. His deep knowledge of the local market and unwavering commitment to client satisfaction have established him as one of the area's most trusted real estate advisors.
