DANNY HOWELL
PROVISIONAL BROKER
A little bit about me...
Danny brings a unique blend of leadership, educational expertise, and deep community ties to his role at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Meadows Mountain Realty. A graduate of Presbyterian College with a B.S. in Business Administration, Danny also holds a Master's and Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership. His early career included playing basketball professionally and traveling to England, Ireland, and Luxembourg, where he also mentored students, sparking a lifelong passion for youth development.
Upon returning home, Danny transitioned into education, building a successful career that spans over two decades as a teacher, administrator, and Head of School. For the past seven years, he has served as Head of School at Brentwood School in Sandersville, Georgia, where enrollment has nearly doubled under his leadership. Prior to that, he was Director at Summit Charter School in Cashiers, North Carolina, guiding the school through a period of notable growth and community engagement.
Danny and his wife, Stacy—a talented interior designer and artist whose work has been featured in House and Garden—have long been connected to the Highlands/Cashiers area. They owned a home on Yellow Mountain Road for 18 years and have many friends in the area. Together, they’ve successfully remodeled and sold numerous properties in the Georgia/North Carolina, combining her design expertise with his practical business experience.
Danny and Stacy recently celebrated their 34th wedding anniversary. They have two children who are graduates of Western Carolina University and a youngest son who is completing his degree at Georgia Southern University.
Now part of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Meadows Mountain Realty team, Danny is excited to bring his passion for people, local knowledge, and business experience to help clients find their perfect home or investment property. “Stacy and I love the Highlands/Cashiers community, and I’m thrilled to help others discover the joy of living here.”
