Mary Abranyi

Mary grew up in the Central Florida town of Winter Haven and received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. Post graduation, Mary spent a short stint in Colorado before moving to the Highlands-Cashiers area in 2001. She then spent the next few years in sales for a Fortune 500 company prior to beginning her career in real estate in 2004.

Since then, she has been diligent in using her knowledge of the market, connection to the local community, and strong communication skills to positively impact each transaction.

Creating a win, win situation is an important part of her business model to which she attributes much of her success.

Mary has long been known as a hard-working go-getter who is committed to whatever it is she is involved in from business and community to family and friends. She and her husband Steve Abranyi, owner of Green Mountain Builders, have two vibrant teenagers and she is also the owner of Cashiers Valley Fusion Yoga & Wellness, and the owner of Bungalow Boutique in Cashiers, NC.
