A little bit about me...

Meet Cristina Vives 🌟

Born in sunny West Palm Beach, Cristina moved to the Highlands-Cashiers Plateau at just 2 years old, where her family had a summer home on Lake Glenville. Her roots run deep in the community—her family owned Luigi’s, the first Italian restaurant in Cashiers, and she was part of the first founding class at The Summit Charter School in 1998.

Cristina’s journey is as dynamic as her personality. After studying international business at Northwood University in West Palm Beach, she pursued her passion for culinary arts, specializing in baking and pastries. At just 21, she founded a successful truffle business, catering to weddings and partnering with prestigious brands like Marriott and the Intercontinental Hotel in Miami.

Despite her success in Florida, Cristina’s heart was always on the plateau. At 25, she packed up her business and returned home, working with country clubs and providing specialty chocolates for local brides. Her pivot into luxury retail at Lulu Bleu and Rosenthal’s sparked her love for sales, eventually leading her to join Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.

Initially starting in an administrative role, Cristina quickly earned her real estate license and became an integral part of the Michaud/Rauers Group. Now, with nearly four years of experience, she proudly serves as a full broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Meadows Mountain Realty, combining her business acumen, creative flair, and deep local knowledge to help clients find their dream homes.

Beyond her professional achievements, Cristina is deeply passionate about giving back to the community she loves. She actively supports the Highlands Emergency Council, dedicating her time and resources to help those in need. For Cristina, real estate is more than buying and selling homes—it’s about building stronger, more connected communities.

Passionate, dedicated, and deeply connected to the community she calls home, Cristina is here to make your real estate dreams come true. 🏡✨
