Downtown Highlands NC offers Halloween on Main this Friday, October 31, the 33rd year for Main Street Trick or Treat. Hosted by the Highlands Chamber of Commerce, this event creates a family-friendly atmosphere where local businesses hand out treats and trick-or-treaters can enjoy a safe, festive experience. It’s a wonderful showcase of how the Highlands, NC community comes together to celebrate and have fun.
Family-friendly trick or treat
Costumes and candy will take over Main Street starting at 6 pm, and the festivities will run until 8 pm. All ages are invited to join in the fun, with hot dogs, hot chocolate, and live music for all. Whether you want to dress up or simply view all of the costumes, you will enjoy good old fashioned fun Downtown!
Shops are involved in the fun
All of the shops on Main Street will be handing out treats, and Downtown Highlands NC will be the place to be for anyone who enjoys Halloween. Friends old and new will be able to mingle and enjoy each other’s company. Halloween on the Plateau is alive and well in Highlands NC.
