A local child from the Highlands NC community received a visit from superheroes recently and the story is heartwarming. A window washing company that is responsible for making the windows shine at an Asheville hospital goes out of its way for the children’s wing, dressing in costume and enabling the kids to see their favorite, whether it be Spiderman or the Green Lantern, outside their windows. Both sides of the glass have a reason to smile. A recent report from Fox Carolina highlighted the story and we were pleased to see one of our own focused in the story.
