Highlands NC will celebrate wine and food at The Bascom this week. The Collective Spirits Wine and Food Festival 2015 will take place Thursday, May 14 through Sunday, May 16. Considered one of the Southeast’s premier wine and food events there are expected to be more than 650 attendees to enjoy fabulous food and wine as part of this fundraiser for The Bascom.
